Deine Aufgaben

Convince customers and prospects of custom solutions built on the Salesforce product stack in close collaboration with our sales teams
Processing RfPs, preparing effort estimates and conducting workshops on the functional requirements with our prospects
Reviewing implementation options of customer requirements and preparing design and solution proposals in close collaboration with the delivery team
Configuration and presentation of use cases in the Salesforce product stack such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in customer presentations
Consulting customers regarding approaches and strategies incl. conducting scoping workshops
Representing the company at customer and partner events

Deine Kompetenzen

At least 5 years background in CRM, ideally within consulting
Strong experience in the Salesforce products Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, other products are an advantage
Customer-centric attitude with outgoing personality and enjoys dealing with customers.
Very good presentation skills (esp. preparation of PowerPoint presentations, contracts and RFP documentation).
Very good understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
Basic understanding of technical concepts such as relational database systems, web services, data integration.
Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
